Welcome from Scotland! Yeah Scott is "Scottytemplar", I've seen a fair bit of his gear in person and the pics don't do it justice.
Welcome from the south too - home of the New Forest (and what I consider to be my back garden )
Living, learning, and loving both.
Ayup dude, welcome aboard
I'v one of scotty's tarps, i'd reccomend him to anyone. Good quality, quick delivery, and reasonable price for a custom made tarp
11 foot 1.3oz silnylon....i was out last week in winds strong enough to snap my 1.5mm dyneema ridgline, dutch hook is never to be found again but the tarp held up fine

My ears are burning :-D
Sunndog: great looking setup there, having the dyneema breaking is impressive! I'm glad my tarp survived it too. Is that with a continuous tarp ridge-line?
Aye, twas a CRL mate
i could only just keep the tarp off the side of the hammock after a lot of re-jigging
Was it the swaying of the trees that snapped the CRL? I've switched back to using split rings as a weak point after getting smashed in a storm and getting scared for my tarp with the trees really bending.
Success doesn't come to you, you go to it.
