Great pictures. Glad ya'll made it safe and sound. Loved meeting Beth. I'm glad you both were there to represent the Mecks. Thanks for all your help. We love hanging with ya'll, and feeding you too.

Been to a lot of hangs but this one is my favorite. Great location. Great hosts. Great eats. Great people (yeah, even Cass.). Great fun. Already looking forward to the next one.

I would call Cass our Owl Whisper but he doesn't whisper when he is calling them.

I want to thank ALL for coming, for without you this would not have been a successful hang. So glad the old hangers come back, and loved meeting the new ones! Hope we didn't scare them too much. Thanks to pumpkin a## and his hind lick story, I laughed so hard I had tears running down my legs! So happy the Mecks came too with the palace. Hope the rest of the Meck family can make it next time. I would have liked to see Kool ranch load up his bike with the smoker. We even had people wander in from another campsite who were hangers. We may not have had cookies on the dark side but we had candy !!! Hot lips and KingsFord did an outstanding job again! Thanks to obx for the ham, made for easy lunch! As for the new hangers, too many to remember names yet, I hope y'all come back. Ya'll look like you would fit in just fine with our demented sort. Dr Lupton and family stand out because of super girl and the werewolf picking your names daddy daddy daddy .. the other new hangers winning too.getting them started off with hammock gear or memerolbillia . THANK YA'LL for coming and hope to see you in April!!

Paula and I were a little nervous about meeting so many new people, but you guys made us feel like old friends. I'd like to thank everyone who let us try out their hammocks, and for allowing us to pick their brains about hammock gear, as there are so many different choices and ways to do things. The food was most excellent, the company around the fire was a lot of fun, and the raffle was way above and beyond what we deserved or expected. The assortment of prizes would really have been suited for a raffle with 3-4 times as many people entered, so those of us who won prizes really made out. We already ordered our hammocks from David, and are in the process of contacting George at Loco Libre about ordering underquits, and 2QZQ for some ridgeline organizers.

The hammock hanging community is so friendly and willing to share. I was commenting to Gunner that I can't imagine a bunch of tenters having a gathering and allowing total strangers to use their gear to try out overnight. It's definitely a big difference!

We will see you all again at future hangs!

Namtrag -- Really glad that you folks could join us. I noticed that Pyro was so eager for a turn at the fire that she had to sit on her hands. Next time she'll have to be more assertive.
