After using tents while backpacking for many years I started using hammocks this summer; first an inexpensive Grand Trunk Ultralight and I just purchased a Hennessy Ultralite Explorer Asym Zip. I had a successful first hang of the Hennessy this past weekend on the Minister Creek Trail in Pennsylvania's Allegheny National Forest. There's definitely a learning curve with hammocks and this forum has provided a lot of good information and advice. Thanks!
