Supposedly it is around 3 degrees per ounce, so in your case around 6 degrees. Keep in mind that these are not fixed numbers and there are a lot of other factors at play. For a cold sleeper, the extra ounces may just help to get the usual ratings, for a warm sleeper they may take them a lot lower. I got some overstuff for some added comfort. If you think you will be pushing the limit on a regular basis, it will be cheaper just to go with the next lower temp rating...

I always get a couple of ounces of down added. Figure it will not hurt.
