You People are a bad influence

I was perfectly miserable sleeping in my bed. After finding this site looking for a hammock for my porch, I bought a hammockbliss single and put it in my bedroom. My wife wasn't very happy with me, but after a few nights, my body quit aching, and she accepted the hammock. The single was a little small, so I went to REI today and bought an ENO Doublenest. May take a few nights to find the sweet spot, but I like the extra room. I'll probably hang the single up in my youngest daughters room. Now I'm looking into a good camping/hunting hammock for next season. When will the madness end.

Yeah, that's the secret... it's a never-ending madness. I went ahead and mailed my credit card to Brandon. He just keeps it clipped to my "file" now for quick access.

I think I can clear up your confusion Gringo: He is still (Gasp! ) thinking like a groundling & supposes it is "Madness" to sleep comfortably & not wake up with back pain every morning. But DO NOT WORRY, this soon shall pass & he will be as sane as the rest of us. Now all he has to do is cure is wife of her madness & they will free up all that bed space for storage,,,, handy once the DIY / MYO bug bites. But don't tell him about that, its Secret!

Oh yea, welcome aboard Myke! Stop struggling, its too late now anyway. Just remember: the ground is for walking on & holding up the trees we hang from, it is NOT for sleeping on.

When you have a backpack on, no matter where you are, you’re home.
PAIN is INEVITABLE. MISERY is OPTIONAL.

Don't fight, Lucy. It's so much better if you don't fight.

Ah, The Lost Boys what a great movie.

    Hammocks are like vampires,
Don't ever invite a vampire into your house, you silly boy. It renders you powerless.
    The madness will consume you.

    Woohoo!

I actually hunt out of my hammock,
hanging it on the edge of a oak flat or a ridge saddle and just sit in it.

My Speer supports my back while sitting plus i can take an afternoon nap in comfort.
