Right now this is probably Dutch's Xenon Sil - it goes for only $4.50 the yard...
I wouldn't use silnylon as a ground tarp - it tends to be treacherously slippery and can be easily punctured by sharp objects on the ground. I'd suggest tyvek for that use, also available from Dutch
