I just received my "9" in the mail today. Won't have a chance to hang it until this weekend but a quick look shows me that it measures 116" along each edge, rather than the 108" advertised, and is 13'8" on the diagonal. Without any lines, stakes, or bag it weighs 21 ounces.
It has tie outs at each corner, Three along the ridge, 2 panel pull outs, and 2 along each edge. I wish it had a center tie out on each edge but I knew ahead of time that it did not so I can't complain. I think the '12' and the '16' have the extra tie outs.
I probably won't use the bag but it is pretty nifty with a separate compartment for the stakes and lines.
The color is more of a 'coffee with light cream' than the light off white in all the ads.
Looks like a great tarp for the money - I'm eager to find some uses for it.

I have the Bullfrog with a 12' ridgeline and panel pulls. The new tarp would be for Hamhocker but I would give her mine and i would use this one. That weight difference wouldn't make that much difference to me.

Don't dismiss the bag so quickly. We found it to be pretty handy.

well Hamhocker decided she wanted the 16x16 so we ordered it today. It will be delivered Monday. She said she will stick with her other tarp for backpacking and use this one for car camping.

I ordered mine last Wed. and it was in my driveway on Friday afternoon. All for 48 bucks. Impressive.

My 12 arrived yesterday. Well worth $45 shipped. Looks pretty well made. The thing is huge! Not a bad thing, but it looks giant spread out in the yard. I'll give it a test hang in the next few days.

I was at an outdoor festival in Dayton, Ohio today and picked up a new Noah 12 for $30 from a guy selling misc gear that he had bought on Ebay, garage sales or something. I'm new to this stuff and it's my first tarp, so I figured I couldn't go wrong at that price.
