For a Superfly, I'd use Silnet.

Just did my kelty noah 12 clone with this - Permatex 81730 Flowable Silicone Windshield & Glass Sealer, purchased from the auto parts store. Just needed one tube. Worked great. It was easy to apply with a gloved finger. About $4.

Silent is the only product that is MADE to be used for seam sealing tarps. It's all that we will use on the tarps we seam seal in house for our customers and sell to be used on our tarps. We do not recommend the use of anything else.

+1 to this. It works extremely well on silnylon tarps. I, along with many others, have used this Permatex product with good success.

Usually on a Superfly tarp, only the panel pulls need to be seam sealed.

    Cheers

I've used Permatex as well. Does a good job getting into the stitch holes. Is it for a silnylon tarp?

I know its written elsewhere, but what about poly? I have a tarp that needs it and another to make and then seal as well.

The underlying fabric is less important than the waterproof coating. If it's a silicone coated fabric, use Silnet or permatex. If it is coated in polyurethane or a mix of silicone and polyurethane, use a polyurethane based sealant such as Seam Grip.
