Ok we are WAY beyond stuff sacks and tablecloths now! Thought I would make a Hennessy style asym tarp out of some leftover PU coated 1.9 Rip-stop. I am learning with every project I tackle and every seam gets better and better. Would not have the confidence to tackle this without the inspiration garnered from this site!
The nitty:
Yes it is ridiculously heavy for the coverage provided.
Seams are sealed with Permatex Flowable
Wish I would have added D-Rings or least mitten hooks to the Ridgeline tabs as opposed to temporary 550 loops, S-biners and Prussiks
This was more about overcoming fear of the sewin.... errrr THREAD INJECTOR than a totally awesome piece of gear ( pretty happy with it regardless)
Probably get doused in a deluge but it seems sufficient for a quick shower or light mist
