DIY xenon tarp giveaway-giving back again, Build your ultimate tarp

It has been months since I have done one of these. I have this new tarp fabric called Xenon Sil. I want to do another DIY giveaway for a tarp build. Let me say right away I can't give Cuben Fiber away. They increased their prices to extreme levels. So I know pretty much everything has been done with tarps, but it would be great to see someone make something new. Maybe removable doors, or doors on one side. I love to see the creativity. So here are the rules.

Make a material list from my site. www.dutchwaregear.com
You can pick anything you want including bling and line. I also have 1 inch grosgrain, 300D pack reinforcement material, and plastic D rings if you need it.
Make up some plans on what you want to build.
My daughter will pick the winning post randomly from a stuff sack. She like nice people, just sayin'.
All entries must be in by midnight EDT Sunday the 27th. Alana will pick the following day.
We will give you the material list for free and it would be nice if you could post your build in the DIY section.
Last rule, have fun with it, try to come up with some new stuff.

    Here is an example...

I want to make a winter tarp with doors on one side, Continuous Ridgeline, and hook worms with zing it

    Material list
8 yards Moss Green Xenon Sil
1/2 yard of dark olive 300D reinforcement material
Moss Green Mara 30 thread #824
    8 Beastee Dee rings.
grey CRl with yellow soft shackles
Hook worms with shock cord loops and zing It tie outs.
    2 feet of black grosgrain.
    Peace Dutch

Would like to build a tarp to match my soon-to-be-made, 9", red polyD hammock. Tarp shall be 10 feet long by full finished width of material, have doors on one end only and one panel pull per side and colors to be black with red contrasts wherever possible.

    7 Yards Black Xenon sil
1/2 yard 300D either black or red
4 feet black Grograin (or red)
Guterman Mara thread in brick red 221
    6 Beastie D's
22 feet of black dyneema cord for ridge lines: 10 feet each side, to be nicely finished
    2 stingers
    2 Dutch hooks
30 feet of red zing-it for guyouts
10 feet 1/8" shock cord for guy-out & side panel pull shock loops
    2 tarp door hooks

Thank you once again for a very generous contest!

I am a "nice person" and would like to be considered for this opportunity. This would be a tarp for my kids (or allow me to hand down my tarp to them)

I want to make a Hex Style tarp with detachable doors, grizz beak style. I also want to incorporate a retractable side for deployment while in the hammock. I have thought about a couple of ways to do this and had seen a thread on one method.

    Materials:
9 1/2 yards Moss Green Xenon Sil
1/2 yard of dark olive 300D reinforcement material
Moss Green Mara 30 thread #824
    8 Titanium D Rings.
Yellow CRl with grey soft shackles
    12 fleaz
50 ft Glowire or new Lash-it with reflective line
    Tube of SilNet
    2 feet of black grosgrain
    4 Titanium Ultralight Ascent Stakes
    6 Titanium Nail Stakes
    2 Stingerz
    60" Omni Tape

Thank you for showing your generosity!

    OK, I'll play this time!

I'd like to make a modified version of the DIY Gear Supply Hex tarp with 4 panel pulls and/or I might try to include pole pockets on the inside corners. My plan is to stray from the cutting diagram a bit, leaving doors attached to one end of the tarp with removable doors on the other. Hopefully I can make this work . If not, I'll be making a LOT of stuff sacks

Materials list (Hex tarp, 1 set attached doors, 1 set removable doors, CRL with prusiks, line loc tie outs)

8 yds Dark Olive Xenon Sil
1 yd 300D coyote brown?? or 1 yd Coyote Brown Xenon Sil
Saddle Brown #767 Mara 70 thread
    3 ft grosgrain
2 Ti D rings for RL- this stuff IS coming from Dutch after all
4 Beastie Dee rings for panel pulls
4 Line Loc 3's for tie outs
    4 Hookworms for doors
    1 Dutch hook
    1 Tarp Wasp
2 Mitten hooks for detachable doors
30' black 1.75 Dyneema for RL
30' Lash It for guylines/soft shackle prusik
25' 1/8" shock cord for detachable doors and door tie outs

Thanks for the very generous offer Dutch!!

I'd like to make an 11' "semi-hex" cat cut tarp. What I mean by "semi-hex" is I'd like to have attached doors on one end of a hex tarp. Is there a design out there like this? Probably but I haven't seen it, then again I haven't really looked to seriously into a DIY tarp at this point. I've often thought I'd like a tarp like this to take when my Superfly is overkill but I'm not willing to pay for it when I have a great tarp in the closet. If I was to DIY with free materials, I'd definitely make it happen. I'd make a CRL of my own with Lash-It, a Dutch Hook and a Stingerz to go with it. My materials list is as follows:

8 yds Dark Olive Xenon Sil (Should have just enough for a double sided stuff sack with the remnants)
1 Spool Olive Green 824 Guttermans Thread
2 Ti D rings for Ridgeline
4 Ft. 1/2" Grosgrain for tie outs & pannel pull outs
4 silkworms for corner tie outs
30' Glowire for corner tie outs (or if the cord from this thread becomes a reality I want it instead! "hollow core single braided Dyneema cordage with a reflective strand or two")
1 Ti Dutch Hook for CRL
    1 Stingerz for CRL
50 Ft. of Grey Lash it for CRL and stuff sack. I could get by with 35' but it comes in 25' sections so if I win you can decide how to handle this Dutch!
1 tube Sil Net Silicone Seam Sealer
3 ft. of 1" Omni Tape for better seal when securing doors together or out of the way when not in use
25' 3/32 Shock Cord for doors
    2 Mitten Hooks for doors
    Tarp Pole Mod Pair
1/2 yds Coyote 300D Reinforcement Material
2 C-3PO Springless Cord Locks for Stuff Sack

Thanks for the opportunity Dutch! I love these giveaways as they get me thinking about how I want to improve my gear. Of course they probably help you as well, just browsing through the materials I've added a few things to the shopping cart that I now 'need'! Lol
