Here's mine for September - though I'll do it next weekend since the challenge hadn't started yet

I'm game. My son and I were trying to do this all year this year already. I think we missed February and March though for lack of good insulation. This year will be different.

I'll play September's picture is from our family hang at a kayaking festival in the south of Sweden. Hung the hammocks as a three level bunk bed with our three year old sleeping in the top bed and me and my wife below.

Very convenient since if he wakes up at night I can just sit up in my hammock and help him and then lay back down to sleep without ever touching the ground Bottom hammock has got an UQP to compensate for less tarp coverage.

That is great! Thanks for sharing.
It's not survival gear, it's just a bunch of work

Well shoot, if there's a patch, count me in. Is September the official start date or does it just begin when you sleep your first night?

Count me in! Do backyard hangs count, or does it have to be on an official trail? (I try to go once a month anyway, ----but this will make it even more fun!)
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

Start whenever you want, its all in the honor system. Hang anywhere, backyards are totally fine.

Sounds like fun and a good way to justify the cost of the gear I already have. (I am the only one to whom I have to justify the expense. I tend to kick myself when I see the quilts in the closet) I am in!

If that's the case i've got my 12 nights in just since the start of this thread.
Although I'm new at this stuff so I've used all these nights to try different setups.
