Hello All,
I am new to Hammock Camping but I would like to come by this event. Unfortunately I will not be able to stay overnight, due to lack of equipment. But I would still like to see some of you folks set ups, and chat a bit. I am able to make either weekend. I will be keeping an eye on this thread.

I have an elderly, ailing cat that I'm not comfortable putting in a kennel or leaving alone for too long but I'm planning on coming down for a day hike on the Saturday in October you guys are getting together. It would be nice to put some faces to some names so I'll pop into site #9 in the late afternoon/early evening before I head back home.

I can do November. I wish I could make October as well, but basically I have had every weekend booked up since June. Weddings, Family trips, etc sure can get in the way of things. I will keep looking for the November hang. Also, I am very interested in December and January, so keep your eyes peeled for some winter hang threads too.

I am really interested. I can't do the October dates as I have a fishing tournament that weekend, but the November dates will work for me!

My employer, in it's infinite wisdom

, is now requiring me to work 2 weekend days a month. Not being up for a different schedule every week I opted for a permanent switch to working Tuesday thru Saturday each week which leaves me unable to pop in on Saturday. I may still go for my day hike on Sunday instead so I'll pop into site #9 early before my hike.
