Sorry to hear that you guys won't be able to make it.

The weekend that's worked well for the past two years (and was chosen again this year) is 2 weeks following MAHHA, which is the same weekend as NEHHA, and is the weekend before Halloween. That seems to align the best with people's schedules during October.

Nothing wrong with the date except it conflicts with a non-recurring family function this year. Seems a few dropped out. If other dates are considered due to conflicts, I may be back in.
