This is me and my friend brads first FL hang with yall! We're super pumped and ready to go! I didn't realize I missed it last year so I made sure I signed us up this time! Can't wait to see how awesome it's going to be

The count on the spreadsheet has us conservatively approaching 200 attendees so far. Patches are in final approval stages and will be ordered within the week to make sure they are packed. If you have guests coming please include names on the spreadsheet so that I can make their custom nametags.

To get ADVANCE RAFFLE TICKETS I must receive your paypal gift before Jan, 1! If you are sending funds for raffle tickets you must include as a note your HF Name and raffle tickets and the dollar amount for tickets. For example, my note would read, GUMBO raffle tickets $20.

If you want to make a donation towards costs, now would be a good time to do that! If you want to send a donation and buy raffle tickets, just as long as the note states how much of the total amount goes to tickets is fine.

This thing happens in less than six weeks!!!!

At last years hang I was talking to another hanger when Timberrr made an announcement from the porch of the lodge. The fellow hanger I was talking to asked me,,what did he ( Timberrr ) say. Told him that we were needed inside and once inside I told him we just volunteered for KP duty.

Question about raffle tickets. Do you have to be present to win? I am not sure if my wife and I can make it but I would like to purchase some raffle tickets. If we would be able to make it I would have to leave Saturday night as I work early Sunday morning.

And also a question for the vendors. If we were to purchase something from y'all could we pick it up at the event? And if so how far in advance should the order be placed?
