Best UQ for a noob

I'm in a similar situation, do you buy down or synthetic. 40 or 20 degree Uq. There are just to many variables to deal with. I do summer camp and if I gonwith 20 degree Uq, I will.roast.. Man o man, what to do???

You won't really notice the UQ being too hot. I nap in my basement with a 20° UQ and it's about 65° down there. I don't even loosen it and it feels fine. The TQ, totally different ballgame there.
