Sure, I even set up the tarp to get some pics!
What I do is tie a bowline for the stake, and then attach a prussik to the tarp. It's an idea I stole from pgibson, and his Tarp Guylines.
Usually you would put the adjustable end by the stake. However, Paul suggests doing the exact opposite, which places the adjustable end very close to you while you're inside the fly - probably the best place to adjust things in the rain
I do my guylines in Braided Mason line, but the technique is valid for any other types of lines.
