Tried to place an order on Friday night..... Website was acting up, so, emailed them and got a response within 20 minutes.... Did I say it was Friday night??? I mean 930 ish...... On a Friday night!!!!!

The owner, Jared and I chatted briefly back and forth, then he sent me an invoice, even including some freebies! Paid the invoice, and expected the usual week or two, for them to make up the Gear Hammock, and got a shipping notice on Saturday! The package arrived today!!!! Two business days later!!!!

Awesome customer service, communication and shipping...... Love my Marpat Gear Hammock!!!!!

Definitely will be doing business with them again!
