Tikker & 'Sroomz~~ the new AMOK tarp seems almost like a no-brainer to me, since it can apparently be rotated and used a standard as well... those pointy partz on 'em make a real difference in the coverage side-slung

Yeah - I tried my XL with a regular tarp, and it’s not enough. I was able to use the XL’s tarp in HIGH winds and rain and stay dry!

I have a DD XL tarp 4.5 meters by 3 meters, one of the biggest tarps I know of - will this work? Or do I need to rethink and get the Amok tarp. For me weight is not an issue

Only if you can turn the 4.5 meters to go head to foot on the Amok.

you know, all 3 colours are pretty great. I've got the green, and it's nice. fades into the background nicely if that's your thing

I meant to grab a blue, but got over-excited

I'd happily take any of the 3 tho (I wonder if the SEGL yellow will eventually work it's way into the draumr's too)

Yep... the green goes nicely with lots of stuff....

I was testing out the new Fjol pad yesttiddy when the rains came up, so I just popped the straps off the trees real quick, and brought the whole shebang in with the pad still inside.
Now the DidiMao won't get her dinky-dao butt off long enough for me to put it away....
