As the title suggests, has anyone tried their underquilt with the new HyperD XL 72" wide fabric ? If so, did it fit ok, or would you think a wider/longer quilt would be needed ?
Thanks, Joe

I have a HG Incubator 20* and an ENO full sized synthetic 40* under quilt and both fit well. There is a lot of material there but when I lay flat it is the same as a narrower hammock. I love the wide hammock. It sleeps great. I don't think wider or longer would make it any better for me.
The underquilt only has to cover YOU, not your hammock. Any underquilt that fits you should fit your wide hammock as well.
I had no issues using a WB Yetti with a 68" wide DH. The hooks made all the difference. Kept everything in place.
I've got 8 nights in my 72" HyperD XL Hammeck Envy-S so far. I've had no problems with 3 UQ's so far: SLD QuikHang, AHE KAQ Jarbidge, and WL 3/4 UQ.
I'm guessing the best tests won't come until cold weather, though.
I do have another 72" wide hammock (not HyperD XL), and it works with all of my UQ's, just fine.
Thanks for all the great reply's, I have a 72" wide one in the works and I wanted to know if my 20* Incubator would work. Good to know it will.
