Thread and Needle sizing for small machine.. Help!!

So I know there are plenty of threads of people asking what they should use in their injectors. However, before I buy a lot of thread/needles i just want to make sure I am doing it correctly because it seems like most have pretty strong machines. My girlfriend has a Kenmore Ultra Mini, so I am worried Gutermann mara 70 will be too big for the machine, since it is seems like it is not the strongest of injecters out there. I bought some Micro tex 70/number 10 needles, is that an ok size? and would it be smarter to get Gutermann mara 100, or will it be ok to use mara 70? I will only be making pillows/stuff sacks for now.
Thanks for any and all help !

I think that combo will be fine....but there is only one way to find out if your machine will handle it....DIY something!!! That's the needle/thread combo I use a lot. Either that or 80/12 needles. Always microtex sharps though.

If you are going to use size 10 needles, stay with the thinner Mara 100 or Gutermann Sew All.

A better and somewhat stronger thread alternative is imo Gütermann Tera 80. It works with a #10 needle too.
