Cant speak for the SilPro ones but I ordered 2 in stock silnylon tarps from OES on Monday and they shipped on Tuesday.
Well I'm certainly glad I'm reading this.. I wanted to purchase a Silpro Ult this evening but I got side tracked on here. Maybe I will rethink my choice..
Customer service is not OES' strong suit.

I ordered a in stock McCat and added the seam seal service. Took 2 weeks to get.
I am still 18 but with 51 years of experience !
I'm at two weeks with no communication from OES. My card was charged right after the order was placed. I've sent several emails, just requesting an estimate for how long it will take to ship. I don't mind waiting a bit, but with good fall weather I'm getting a little antsy. I took and chance and ordered, based on great reviews of products and reasonable prices (Silpro deluxe).

It helps to call him, he responded to me the day after I called him versus a week and no response by email.
The number should be your credit card statement.
This guy is really hit or miss. Some people get there tarp in a week, many people though never get anything and are left trying to get their money back. He even has a sticky on the top of his vendor section warning people of how awful his customer service is.....
Buyer Beware.

Well, I'm still waiting. I was sent an email last Saturday, saying that my gear was shipped Priority Mail. If it was really shipped, the package should have taken 2 days to arrive. Still nothing--no reply to email or text message. I did try to call, but he has a message on his phone saying that he does not answer calls!
There was no tracking information on the shipping notice, so I have nothing to go on. Even a 1 sentence email saying that he's looking into what happened to the package would have been enough to satisfy me that a tarp might be on the way.
It looks like my only option is to dispute the transaction through my credit card. I REALLY hate to do that to someone who is trying to run a small business.
I was warned! I read the thread referenced above, but I still took a chance.
