I disputed the charge through my credit card. I guess I won't know for a while what the result of that will be. For sure, no goods from OES ever made it to my house.
In the meantime, I've ordered a Tadpole from Wilderness Logics.
I ordered a new Silpro Ultra and received it within a week. Quality was great. Stuff sack did not match the tarp color as advertised, but that's no deal breaker. Sorry to hear some of you are having so many problems.
If you'd emailed Brain informing of your intention to file a charge back -- POOF -- he would have responded and your tarp would have been shipped. It's the only times he's ever responded to my emails. Magically my tarps have shipped the next day when I threaten a charge back.
I'm tempted to buy one of the new models but given he's not got his act together after even this long, I'm taking my money elsewhere - probably Wilderness Logics - at least Marty over there responds to all email.
I'm shocked OES is still in business.

Can someone PM Brian's phone number? I too ordered one from him and have been charged but have not had any communication as to when it will ship or anything even after sending numerous emails asking about it. I even emailed from my work account so I could get a "read receipt" but the email has never been read.
Knowing how bad the service is from OES why do you people still order from them and then complain about the service?
What's the link? I don't have his last name so I can't search it.
