So, the question is, how does this change the hang calculator numbers?

Interesting, I too wonder about weight capacity ( lots of skinny people in the videos ). Neat idea, though it does open up tree options, you still may be limited

I think it could be a good option for a couple with child, can easier keep everyone together and under one tarp without resorting to stacking. A 12x12 would probably do pretty well for it.

This appeals to me. But I would definitely rather diy and maybe loose the daisy chain for the weight savings. But this would probably be perfect for families/feiends who are not really 'in' to hammocks. Could be useful for starting some off.

I would hate to be on top and need to take a leak....or even worse...if I had a bed wetting habit lol!

Pledged for two. One for my yard to keep it up constantly and one for camping trips.

This could be easy DIY project, but good quality strap and hardware costs too much for experimenting and due to that it probably is cheaper to buy than DIY.

And I also hope Tarp hanging is somehow feasible, because this could be a great way to make camp put up easier and faster.
Just hang the Tree-O and hang everything else to it, minus ground pegs for tarp. This could be used for packs, lanterns, hammock chairs, wet gear etc. At least I hope so!

The folks that do slackline use something like this and it is cheaper.
