I am ordering a couple of these and i want them to fit, .
Piece of string around you head including your ears should get you there.... base of skull, up across the ears and over the forehead.

Whoa, that actually made a big differance, i was using a paper tape and not over the ears, this time i used a string and cut it, then laid it out on a yard stick and came up with 24 1/2.
I checked it twice and came up the same again, 24 1/2
My question is , is it possable to take it in any if it's just abit too loose later? and should i round up to 25?.

I have some nice fitted caps but they all have a slightly expandable stretchy head band.

I had a question regarding the size. I called and they said if you measure a 23 order a 23. If it doesn't fit send it back and we'll get you taken care of.

Good to know. I neglected to measure over my ears. I'll need to remeasure and send them a note.

I'm sure that if there is a problem with the cap that Paul and Missy at UGQ will make it right but i would rather get it right the first time.
Think about the number of orders for caps that they are about to get, somewhere around 70 or so,,, Dont seem right to send it back for a sizing adjustment if i can get it right the first time.

Shipping labels have been received from MD and all orders should be shipped today. MD wanted all orders complete and shipped in one lot delaying shipping of completed orders until all order were complete. Last time they allowed us to ship orders as they were completed. Thanks for everyone patience and support.....

I posted the above based on information provided to me during my travels home last week. This did not happen and we are shipping them out as fast as they finish. All are in production and I've committed additional resources to completing them later this week. Sorry for any delays, it ended up being A LOT of Skullies....
