I just got to hang my 12' TL for the first time...Being 6'5", this hammock answered my complaints with shorter hammocks. A+ to Jared for his communication, speed and quality. I can't wait to take it on our fall trip.

After reading this thread, I'm thinking we need to form a HammocksForums basketball team!

I am not sure about the "Hammock Forums Basketball Team", however a sub topic for "TALL, SUBSTANTIAL OR BOTH".

My daughter's companion is a substantial fellow, tall over 6ft. 3ins., has not seen 200lbs since high school. The guy is sensitive to the battle of finding things that fit him. As a short person, I understand the problems with "FIT". One size does not fit all. Hammock gear included.

If all Hammock Forums Members who are of substantial size, unite and share information on where to find things that fit, it would be great. I have passed along information, as I find it, for the NOT petite among us. I am finding a lot of people who want to Hang, want to camp, their problem is they can not find gear that will FIT them, let alone be comfortable.

Back to this thread, I really like my Simply Light Trail Lair. I bought the hammock as a back up, however, I am very pleased with it. Excellent workmanship, speedy shipping, first class all the way.
