Dutch,
Is that little hole intended for attaching something? I'm sure zillions of people are dying to know...https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/...s/confused.png

Yes. If you wanted it perminately attached you could splice
a whoopsie or a loop through it.

Thanks Dutch. You think of everything. You offer more combinations and permutations than a mathematician could figure out without taking his/her socks off!
Excited to get my cinch bug setup in the mail tomorrow. Which means to the woods next weekend for me.
You must be traveling out of state... And probably not to Nebraska!!!
Seriously, I REALLY like this setup on my WBBB XLC. Straps come off and go into the small stuffsack along with my CRLs, stakes, and guylines. Mark your hammock's head end (if you haven't already with a different color CL) and setup will be quicker than you can imagine.
Yes, already running CL on the ends of all my hammocks, and marked head ends. I've tried all kinds of suspensions over the years. Time to try some Dutchware. :-) There are some wooded areas around Kansas. But they are few and far between. But nothing like the mountains or great forest in other parts of the country for sure. But still fun and relaxing to get out into and relax.
Is there any way to order just the bugs without the straps, too?
The hardware is dependent on the thickness of the webbing so only sell it with webbing.

Do you have any plans to sell a version of this which is compatible with the kevlar straps before November?
This looks like my ideal suspension; if you have a kevlar-compatible version in the works I'd definitely be keen.
Cinch bugs were the best investment I've made in a long time!
I'm not a ultralight guy, and I find whoopies a tad too fussy. I don't mind carrying the extra weight of the straps -- I bought the 15ft ones, and it has GREATLY increased the amount of suitable hang locations for me.
