That's maybe a 15 degree pitch, far from the 30* angle you're seeking. I would highly recommend an adjustable ridgeline to help you out (Zing-it 1.75 mm).

SilvrSurfr.... I had a Dutch made for me with a fixed ridgeline out of Zing-it.... I can't get a prussic to hold at all no matter how many wraps i put on it. Got any ideas?

You have to wear the coating off. Back and forth until the cord gets hot then do it again and again

When I have trees that are further apart than optimal, I find a branch with a little "Y" in the end about 5' long and use it to lift the straps up to where they need to be(I'm not too tall !)
