Places to buy Dyneema in Myrtle Beach, SC?

Ok, I know this might be a long shot, but does anyone know of any dive shops in the Myrtle Beach area that actually carry Dyneema line in stock? I am heading to Murrell's Inlet on vacation in a couple of weeks and just thought it would be nice to pick some up while I was there. I know I can get it online, but if I can avoid shipping costs that would be awesome, and I might be inclined to buy a larger length for future use. I'm looking to create some whoopie slings and new ridge lines for some fall trips.

I've been poking around on Google and just haven't found a lot of dive shops that actually carry spearfishing line of any kind--let alone Dyneema. Not sure why this is so hard to find! Can anyone help?

    Thanks in advance!

You can look for a West Marine, but Dutch is probably cheaper even including shipping.

West Marine in North Myrtle has AmSteel Blue for sure, not sure about Dyneema, but you can call and ask before you drive up there.

You're probably looking for Amsteel Blue 7/64" (for hammock suspension) and Zing-It 1.75 mm (for hammock ridgeline, tarp ridgeline and tie-outs). Just as easy to buy via mail - we don't have a single place near me that sells Amsteel or Zing-It (though West Marine will ship Amsteel to their location).

West Marine is running a special that includes Amsteel 7/64 for $0.20/ft or Lash-it for 29.99 that ends tomorrow.

PM forum members MBCruzin or Cwbybld (or however it's spelled) - they're both PSH members who live in Myrtle Beach. They'll be able to tell you where to go.

Also, it bears mention that West Marine will price match. Just pull up Dutch's site on your phone (or Redden Marine, who I usually use as my price point for matching) and they'll hook you up...no shipping cost and instant gratification.
