    Hi from Ireland, Europe.

Edwin here a first time Hammocker. last year i started camping and recently purchased a cheap net hammock and then found hammock camping.

I have ordered a new hammock with mosi net as ireland in the summer is full of mosi's and midges. I dont know if its any good as i am on a budget so if anyone has used this id appreciate some feed back.

Also i came across a cheap tarp 4.8m x 4 m at its wides side points. this cost €20 or $25 its rated to 2000 rain resistance

Looks like a nice hammock and tarp to try. I would make one suggestion and that is when you look at one look at the length which should be 3.64 meters. The lay will be great

its about 2" shorter than the yukon outfitters hammock, you might be pushing it as you are just over 5'8" im 5'5"(165cm) and my yukon is just barely right for me. you might have to hang it a little tight but i bet you can find a comfortable position.
