I just wanted to give a big shout out to Jacks -R-Better. Their customer service is spot on.They were quick to respond to my issue and make things right . They even called me on the phone to confirm that my address they had on file was correct.

Amazing customer service. Last week I ordered a Greylock 3 and it was missing a 'biner. Shot out an email to them on the website letting them know and just drop 1 in an envelope and send it snail mail whenever. Within 20 minutes of the email, I get a shipping tracking # and within 2 days I get a pair of Jacks 'biners. Customer service is top notch

I have so many wants and one of them is helping out different cottage industry vendors. The thing that holds me back is if Jacks supplies what I am looking for, I tend to go with them since they have never let me down and they are top notch. Keep on keeping on, jacks!

Just adding my compliments, as many others have, about Jacks-R-Better's service. I recently gave them a call to discuss what I thought I needed in the way of top quilts. Jack Tier answered the phone and then took all the time I needed to thoroughly understand my specifics and made recommendations that really made sense to me. Before we ended the call, he took my order and within less than an hour it was on its way to me. I'll be using the Sierra Sniveller's in a Clark Vetex this fall and I can't wait! I'll give a quick performance review following my first use. If the quilts are as good as the service, I'm going be a happy guy!
