Hi all,
I just returned from Boy Scout camp, a week of fun and frivolity. We had some nights in the 70's and 60's, so I brought along my only UQ - the WinterNest.
Somehow, this 20° UQ kept me quite comfortable in these warmer temps - I didn't feel overheated. I had the No Sniveller on top, although just for the really dark hours of the morning most times (kicked to the bottom of the hammock to get to sleep).
So - the basis for my question - am I turning into a wuss, or is the UQ really adjusting to the temperature (as in, does the down leak more heat when warmer)?
One other question - in humid weather, does down take on a smell, or was it just my funk rubbing off on the quilts?
