I have both spicy and non spicy guacamole also. I bought the spicy at whole foods yesterday

Also experimenting with a Mexican flan tonight, if it comes out good I will make one for us

Experiment away. Just so you know Guacomole doesn't stay good very long. If you make it fresh and put the seed back into the dip it will last 2 days or so.

Flan,sopapillas,churros and tres leches.....It's all good!!!!

Ok...well we haven't bought any yet so if you think you have enough guacamole, then maybe we'll pick up something else.

We went to check out the campsite today, since we knew the lake was rising. The site is not underwater, but there is some water over the far end, and completely over the beach. The pine needles are keeping the site from being a soppy mess. With sunshine and 70's predicted starting Tuesday, I'm planning for the water to be receding. There is still plenty of space to hang and lots of trees even if it stays where it is now. I will call Wednesday and be sure they will open the sites, since all of them are booked next weekend. They had the gate to the sites closed today, but we walked around it. Can't wait to see everyone.

Good point. I checked the date and good until 19 oct, but I can use this stuff this week at home, then on my way to the campsite Friday I can pick some more up
