Comes with stuff sack, structural ridgeline, and continuous loops. No suspension but I'd be happy to make you a set of whoopie slings for an additional $8. Never used other than hanging in the backyard. It is in perfect, like-new condition. Stored in a smoke free home. Since buying it, I've gotten into DIYing my own gear and found that I get a lot more enjoyment in hanging something I made.
