    Improving air flow.

I am use to tent camping, and I usually carry a battery powered fan to help airflow. I was wondering if there was a way to do something like this with my Hammock but without the weight. I should mention where I camp there is very little wind without a nice storm front.

You're going to get better airflow in a hammock than you will in a tent, that's for sure. We're in similar latitudes so the summer conditions are about the same. Hanging your tarp in "porch mode" will allow more circulation, but hanging a fan on your ridgeline is going to be the best solution, especially if you're using a bug net.

For longer trips, I carry one of these. It weighs 3.2 oz and moves the air around enough to drop the temps a couple degrees. Its best to charge it using a USB before going out as the solar panel on it has limited capabilities.

For shorter trip, I use this one which comes in a 8.2 oz. Those trips are usually what can be described as "primitve car camping" where I carry a Goal Zero panel and rechargeable batteries.

A lot of folks are using this one from Wally World which actually works fairly well, but most don't use the misting function while in the hammock.

The best thing you can do to make full use of the advantage in cooler camping (in more ways than one) of hammocks, is to use the lightest weight fabric you can. I've been using 1.1 ripstop from DIY gear supply and when I get in the hammock I can feel that the temperature is a good deal cooler where my body hist the hammock. Evaporation does wonders even without airflow.

I got one of those Hang around your neck fans from wally world. Not sure if thats what others are talking about. Anyway, a little ingenuity you can get it to work and blow on you for some nice air flow.
I was thinking a little hot glue to hold the cord in a manner that it would hang on the ridge line in the bugnet blowing down on me.

I seen those ones that plug straight into a USB battery...they got that bendy wrap around shaft, like this:

    or this:

If you have a ridgeline organizer, put the battery in there and bendy wrap away.

That's what we do. I got some of these a couple years ago and an adapter to go from the plug end they have to a USB style plug. Then they get plugged into a battery pack and put in the pocket of the ridgeline organizer that's horizontal w/ the fan pointing down.
