    New Hammeck Envy S

I recently received my new Hammeck Envy S. I was going to get a ******bird, but after hearing about the Envy S and looking at it's features and the reviews, I decided on the Envy S. The deciding factor for me was the ability of the Envy S, to adjust/close the overcover from inside the hammock. The "Mecks" call it a Peekaboo cover. Anyway, where I live the mosquitos embarass vampires !, and having to unzip the over cover, stow it, and then zip on the bug net, all on the outside just didn't seem like the way I should go. No disrespect to the other way, but for me it's an important consideration.

I got it in 40D ACU Camo Double layer. I also got a 20* Incubator to go along with it.

the lay is very flat and I'm looking forward to using it soon. I've only set it up once just to check it out.

I'll get some additional pictures later, but I also had David make up an zippered accessory pocket sewn to the inside for insurance purposes ! I also got a ridge line organizer.

Great expirence and I would recommend any of the Hammeck's products.

Thanks for the replys, just to demonstrate how good the hammock is; When I quickly set up the Envy S, my cousin was there to supervise ! LOL. Anyway, he is a died in the wool Blackbird guy and also just got a Clark NX-250 and he was soo taken with the Envy S after seeing it and laying in it, he got on the Hammeck web site and emailed the Mecks letting them know how much he liked the Envy S. he is now talking about selling the Clark to get the Envy S !

I had to go check my gear room and make sure you didn't sneak in and steal mine. It is a great hammock.

Your's was one of the reasons I got mine, but you have the green Argon triangles ! I got mine in the ACU camo, had to be a little different.

I sure love my Netty in that Acu Camo. Mine is paired with a HG 20 degree Incubator as well, in the olive green color. Nice looking hammock, congrats!

You will enjoy it, I have been a dedicated BB hanger the last 5 years and I find the ENVY S to be just as comfortable. I do miss the shelf in the BB so I added a large RL organizer to my ENVYS and may add a second.

I let Mommeck choose the top cover color combination as women are better at color coordination than us guys.
