    Sounds like you have the same problem I did - a gap caused by the calf ridge. I solved my problem by doing two things. First, I made the foot end of the hammock slightly higher than the head end, which helps reduce the calf ridge. Second, I made my foot pad, which overlaps the yeti, almost as wide as the yeti. That smoothed things out and made the seal better underneath. Here are photos of the issue.

    I had a the same issues on last years elk hunt in the CO rockies. We were camping at just over 11k feet and it got into the low 20's at night. I ending up "fixing" my draft/quilt position issues with some homeade "triangle thingies" out of guyline. tied loops in the 3 corners, attached 1 corner loop to my suspension line and the other 2 to my UQ looped over the ridgeline.
