I am mulling over buying the Spindrift and am wondering if any of yall have it and if it is really worth having? Please educate me on this.

I think it's really worth having but don't like using it below 10f. At that point there is just too much condensation. I don't think it matters either if you get one door or two either.
I don't have a RR but have used a WB sock on my BB. As mentioned, there is a lot of condensation in colder weather if you keep it closed. I've used my sock in winter but kept the zipper opened wide. The sock is good to add some warmth. I find it useful when the weather may be unpredictably cool and winter quilts would be too warm for me. It's not a take every trip piece of gear IMO but it's good to have if you tend to go out in the late Fall or early Spring.
Don't let life get in the way of living.
I really like my spindrift but only use it in cold temps. I leave mine vented about 8" and find the condensation to be not bad at all. It's really great for blocking any wind that gets past your tarp. You can also store clothes or anything you want to keep dry in the spindrift under your hammock.
I love mine. I put it on the RR at the start of winter with my UQ attached, sleep clothes and TQ inside, and it all goes in a lazy slug tube that I cram into the bottom of my pack. Setup and breakdown is a snap. The less I have to do with my hands when it's cold, the better!

Just a (strong) opinion ... Although you may get some additional wind/draft protection from a thin nylon sock, you'd be better off enhancing your insulation (clothes and bag/quilt) instead of your shelter if it's added warmth your looking for. Based on my experience, I find claims of raising temperatures by trapping radiant heat inside of any nylon shelter in sub-20 degree weather very hard to believe without also adding condensation.

I think it's totally worth it especially in the shoulder seasons of fall and spring. It raises the inside temp considerably and totally blocks the wind which can be huge. I've never had condensation issues with mine and I've slept in it during the winter in upstate NY. I love mine.
I have the dual door spindrift and I love it. With the dual doors I can enter or exit from either side. I do get some condensation in less than 10F temperatures even if I leave the door zippers open a little at the top. It adds 10-15 degrees of warmth and blocks the cold breezes.
