Tadpole - true to listed weight?

I'm thinking of getting a Tadpole as my first hammock tarp and I'm wondering, well, what it says in the title. If you have a Tadpole, did it turn out to be more, less, or the same as the listed weight? The listed weights are 11.5 oz for the 132" ridgeline and 12.5 oz for the 144" ridgeline, both without any of the additional options.
I'm asking because the listed weights for Wilderness Logic's tarps in general and the Tadpole in particular seem lower than a lot of other gear makers' tarps of similar dimensions/shapes and fabrics. Thanks all!

My Tadpole is lighter and packs smaller than my similar sized OES. The Tadpole just has a rolled edge without grosgrain edges (that saves weight and packing size) and doesn't have d-rings in the loops. Again less weight. Mine also came without seam sealing (I got it from a forum member) so that means the list weight would be less by a bit compared to a sealed tarp. Don't know if WL seals or not but the Tadpole is a very compact piece of gear that packs to about the size of a 1 liter bottle. Hope this helps you.

My Tadpole is dead on listed weight.
They don't use grosgrain tape to cover the ridge and edges and that makes a lot of difference.
Wilderness Logics seams are perfection. No grosgrain required.
You will be proud to own a Tadpole.

My Tadpole is on spec, although I had 4 loops added.

Oh, actually, does anyone know whether the Tadpole's ridgeline has a catenary cut to it? I know that it would reduce weight and make it easier to get a taut pitch, but I have a feeling that the subjective loss of space above me when I'm in the hammock could result in resorting to heavier and more complicated methods of opening up the space (like, you know, a pole mod ) than just having a straight/non-catenary cut tap ridgeline in the first place?

I'm Not sure, but I do not believe that WL tarps use a "Cat cut" on the ridge.

A cat cut should reduce the need for a pole mod since the sides will pitch tighter and not sag inward. Hang the tarp under a continuous ridge line or from the pull outs and the curve is pretty pronounced. Hang it over a continuous ridge line and you won't notice the cat cut.

<==== See Tadpole in my images hung under ridgeline.

dingbat, thanks! The photo in your gallery was super helpful, told me exactly what I was wondering about.
So, possibly irrationally, what I'm worried about is not really the hammock being or feeling too close on the sides, but about feeling like the "ceiling" is closing in on me. I think I've seen dejoha (of theultimatehang.com fame) mention that as something that can be an issue with cat-cut ridges.

My Tadpole with the stuff sack came in just a little under weight, no frills or additions.
