    Strap Anchor question

Does anybody know if the HammockFan strap anchors available through BIAS work with Dutch's kevlar straps?

Did you ever figure it out? Pretty sure it will work fine. Kevlar is just a little thinner.

I just ended up taking a chance and ordering them, and they work well. The thinness and foldability of Kevlar straps have proven to be incompatible with some other suspension hardware I've tried, however, such as Dutch's Spiders.

Sorry I did not see this before. I recently "bench tested" the 2.2 Kevlar with the strap anchors (it's still a little cold for me to hang outside - I've been sick), and they work just fine. I think 15' tree straps of 2.2 Kevlar and strap anchors might be the lightest suspension available. And, I had no luck with the Spiders, either. *That* really would have been light!
