I mean seriously, who has access to tents?

My first hang, 6 months ago. The night I found out about CBS.

This was a setup for a nap/lunch. On a day hike with the scouts and I knew there would not be an area flat to sit and be comfortable so I brought the trustee hammock. The slop is about a 60deg angle and not a flat spot around except the bottom of the hill.
View of the hammock.

Going to the ground here would have meant rolling 100 yards to the bottom and laying in the stream.

Hanging from an "A" frame bench swing I had staked down to prevent it tipping. This was my actual first time hanging. I had to use a tent vestibule as a tarp.

Posted in other thread, reposting here. Using your buckle suspension in most of these.
Few years ago working at a festival, using a gazebo as a tarp here:

And I might have been laughing at the people in tents:
Finding spots to take quick naps in the theater (Steel toes left on due to work rules for load ins):
Nothing like sleeping in props storage:
Once again under the stage, next to wardrobe:
I might have a few more once i get around to doing some new gear testing.
Motel room with no beds. Had everything taken out since I'll be here for the next 2 yrs.

Hanging over the Niagara River.
Hanging in the woods, paddlin and catching trout- My kind of living...
Posted previously but my wifes family rents a house up at Weirs Beach every year, and this year they ended up in the oldest, dirtiest and most uncomfortable house on the street.
But not me:

I wish I would have taken a picture. My scouts know I hate going to ground. We were at a camp one time recently with no trees so I ended up using the horse tie off bar that was about 4' off the ground and 15' apart.
I couldn't get the perfect angle of course, but as you say " YOU DO NOT GO TO GROUND".
I'm tossing these into the hammy for your consideration. Thought I'd submit a "indoor" and "outdoor" hang with my KAQ UQ. First up is my basement hang area, using rafters in a closet and the support post at the bottom of the staircase. All the comforts of home at close hand:

Next up is from the family getaway up on Lake Huron in Michigan's thumb area. I beach hang most weekends we're up there and got lucky the beginning of last summer when a huge log washed in that I cut up into the perfect hang post, buried about 5 feet into the sand. Great spot to spend the night, but the weather can turn quick and I've been driven inside more than a few times...can't beat the view, though
