    XLC Stand Help

I am interested in making a Turtle Dog stand for my XLC. I need some info on the length of the rod to accommodate the XLC and the best height for the 2X2's. I tried reading through and searching the threads but could not seem to find this info. I appreciate any help I can get.

My ridge pole is 15' (3 sections of 5' chain link fence top rail) and my 2x2s are about 7'.

My ridgepole is 12' and I've come to the conclusion that it's a bit short. FWIW

I may be doing it wrong but I have a 10' ridge pole that works well. I have Whoopie hooks on my continuous loops and it fits fine if tight to get the hooks into the loops.

You will need just over 1 foot longer than your tarp.

I made mine 8' legs and 16' total spreader bar and it puts my hammock at 26" from the ground. It's easy to cut down but hard to add height and length.
