    Noseeum is getting lighter

I've been doing some work on new Noseeum fabrics to push weight even lower on bugnets, integrated bugnet hammocks, and quilts. Proud to announce that we've now added 0.67 oz Noseeum to the site at $4.25 /yd.

Maybe the bigger news is that within a couple weeks we plan to launch something even LIGHTER than that. To my knowledge what we're producing has never been offered anywhere, and it's a big step down in weight. So light it's scary. I don't want anyone to get upset at me for holding out, so figured I'd let you know ahead of time. Stay tuned for details...

    Thank you

This is good news! I've resorted to using tulle for baffles and while it's held together, I also hold my breath every time I stuff that quilt. It's a Karo Step so the baffles aren't continuous anyway.

I've also made bugnets from tulle that have lasted much longer than I expected, but eventually got snagged on something and died.

Ok, you have my attention. Maybe drop a couple of hints between now and the release, just to keep our interests peaked.

I can start by telling you that the scary light is also scary wide. Maybe not scary, but much wider than usual. The width on noseeum has been an issue on integrated designs for some vendors I've spoken to.

The width absolutely is an issue. Have had to go with a 3 or more piece design to get what I want.

Also, durability and packability are a concern. Looking forward to the updates.

I'm definitely excited about this. I was thinking about making a new bug net soon, but I'll wait until this comes out now
