I changed it after one use. I used the last of my dg on the leads and wanted some loops and dog bones so I changed back to amsteel. No sign of wear after that one use but after quite a lot of use on one set of Amsteel leads (still on the original) they are starting to show a little wear now. I don't think I'd trust dg for more than a couple nights unless I was a lot lighter tbh. In my head the reason the hammock anchors wear less than speed hooks is that the holes are smaller... dynaglide kinda evens it again (in my head anyway).

Good to hear the Amsteel has held up for you. It looks like the Dynaglide may not worth the 13 grams of weight savings if it will only last for a few nights. Thanks
