I haven't heard of there being an underquilt for this chair before. I have this exact chair and have used in - 30 c weather, the only problem being the legs like to sink deep into the snow. The center bar does stop it from going to deep however

I was just at REI Sunday and I didn't see that chair? The back looks taller? After using my chair UQ and If I got a new chair and it didn't fit, I would send my new chair to Marty and have him make one for me. That's how much I like using the little UQ to stay toasted my friends!
You can try those little plastic golf balls on the feet might work ? Lite weight

The taller back on the new Helinox camp chair looks nice, and I considered this chair for a moment when it came out recently. But I just got the WL UQ for my Joey chair, and I was able to get the new no-sink legs for the my Joey, so I'm staying with it. If you can see one of these chairs in person and get a measurement of the back & seat, you could send that info to Marty and see if the UQ would fit. I can tell you that the extra height on my Joey makes it very easy to get in & out of with my bum knee, so the Helinox camp chair with it's taller height and taller back would be sweet.

    Last cold night

image.jpg I camped at a old still site and waterfall the last cold night of the season. Can't go nowhere without my trusty little chair UQ! You can see the old still behind the hammock.

Lightbulb New Helinox Camp Chair REI

I got the new Helinox camp chair in today from REI. It's looks and is more heavy-duty then the smaller one. The poles are bigger around anyway? It has a bar at the top for your head to have a headrest.

Not sure how my pictures got turned sideways & upside down? I'll get this chair sent to Marty for he can make a pattern for us guys to have a New Helinox camp chair under quilt! Nothing like having your backside Toasty warm in the cold weather around the campfire! Priceless!
