Silnylon UQP with Pad in Brige Hammock?

Howdy, all. I used a Klymit Static V insulated pad in my bridge hammock. Because the pad does not breathe, would adding a silnylon UQP cause any issues? I would like to protect my hammock from wind blown rain and splatter. I understand the complications of such an UQP with an UQ, but can't see many, if any when used with a pad. Keep in mind that the sides of the bridge hammock are not cocooned around me as they might tend to be in a gathered end. That is, there's plenty of space between me and the side fabric. Thanks for the feedback!
