So let me first say that I'm so impressed with the service I received from Lori. I placed my order last Sunday afternoon and she let me know it would go out with the shipments first thing on Monday. Here it is Friday and I've set it up in my cluttered living room. Having followed the setup video on their website it was pretty easy. I'm hanging a Wilderness Logics Snipe with cinch straps and an UGQ Zeppelin underquilt. I did have to revisit the setup video to make sure I did the straps correctly. But I've hung in it briefly and had to share.
