Wow, a couple of days and no comments. Zero. Maybe very few people have made this.

I had a tough time deciding which forum to post this in. It is related to DIY, but my question is more about what the end result weighed. I may have done better in DIY but now I'm committed.

It could be that it's just been offered for a short time and nobody's gotten one yet, or they are too busy stuffing one to respond.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

Should have been delivered yesterday but haven't been home yet. Plan on finishing it this week. Will post pictures and report when completed.

This post might fare better in the Wilderness Logics forum. It's also a very new item. I have been looking to get one myself but haven't had the DIY bug. Just email Marty and he will get back to you very fast, his customer service is absolutely top notch.

I have contacted him directly before. He and I don't think alike. After about 5 emails on my previous question a few years ago I didn't get my question answered. He tried to help me but wasn't able to do it. I'd give him an a+ for trying though. Therefore this time I just asked the crowd .,..,

That's the weight of the EMPTY smaller shell. It does not include the weight of the down fill or any of the suspension. The weight of fill is easy enough to calculate and add it on, but suspension is another matter. Thats whey i asked the question so I could get people's final weights

Also, its not uncommon that reported weights are lower than actual due to the variability in fabric weight.. Again, finished weight is more useful than reported weight.
