AL > Sipsey Wilderness/Bankhead Group Hang - April 24- 26

I've noticed we have quite a few new hangers from north Alabama on the forum recently. I think it's time for another group hang! The last two times we have hung at the Wolfpen Hunters Camp in Bankhead due to group size limits in the actual Sipsey Wilderness (it's across the road). For those that are not aware, there should be less than 10 people in a group in the wilderness area.

I'll step up and schedule it for April 24- 26. Day hikes can be led in the Sipsey Wilderness if people are interested on Saturday and Sunday, or we could just "hang out."

For those that have never been to Wolfpen, this will be car camping so bring all of your toys!

Man that sounds awesome. I am actually hoping to be up there on the 23rd of this month. I would be more than likely in on the 25-26 in April.

I might be in on this. Last year was so busy for me I had very little time in the woods, but I am forcing myself to MAKE time. Will be watching this and hoping to make it.

Ok, I picked April 24 to 26 as the dates. We'll try to have someone at the Wolfpen Hunter's Camp Friday afternoon for the people that can get there early. We'll stay through Sunday early afternoon.
