Monthly Shenandoah National Park hang ?

I am in No. VA but would be interested. Perhaps not every month but certainly would be willing to drive down Skyline to join up with folks.

WOW! I didn't think I would have this much interest. WOW! I agree this area is under represented as far as outings go. OK people keep posting if you have an interest. When I put this all together Ill send each of you a PM, so you don't miss out. If this gets to big might have to split up into smaller groups. I believe there is a limit on the size of groups traveling together in the park. I live at Massanutten and there is a lot of great trails here in the NF and there is no limit on groups. I guess our first hike should be a weekender one night so week can just ease into it for the newbies. I'm thinking most of these trips will be 1-2 nights at the most and kept local, this will make it easier for people just too get out into the wood and not have to hang in their backyard.
