I have used a Mt. wash. 4 since 2008. Maple is looking for an under quilt for 0 degrees. What are other options for FULL length? Just throwing it out there before we buy a second Mt. Wash 4 and sell the 3/4 0 degree TeWa.

IMO the Incubator is the best full length under quilt and here is a photo of my wife's. Great piece of gear.
Fronkey
I also have a short Incubator 0 and I'm 5'10". Fits from my shoulders to heels and I use a pillow. Its chocolate, just like Fronkey's, which is a really nice brown.
Personally, I don't think its overstuffed quite as much as JRB's (I have a Greylock 3 equivalent - MW3 convertible). Heats up fine, but I think I would buy a little more overstuff which would help keep the down from shifting so much and help it retain heat a little faster than it does now. I'm often fiddling with the down and suspension to make sure I don't have cold spots, because its all too easy to feel those spots when you get in at sub freezing temps, especially if approaching zero. But that's not the case during the night - it does its job easily, which you probably know, is a lot better than going to sleep warm and being rudely awakened with cold spots to then have to deal with.
Another brand to look at is Enlightened Equipment. They have gone away from overstuffing because they say their new baffle system all but eliminates down shifting so that the overstuff isn't needed. I'm also a big fan of using dry down in colder weather (which I don't have now) and HG doesn't offer that, though I'm sure they could get some to make one custom. UGQ is std dry down, and EE has the option for more $$ like JRB.

Never mind, I missed that verbiage when I was on the site last few times. I guess I'm not often going separately to the description, as their site is setup, as I figured I knew what it was. When did they start with the water resist down?

I'm not 100% sure; I think they switched to water resistant down completely sometime between October and December 2013.
